PLEASE READ THESE CONSUMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE CONSUMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT,” “TERMS AND CONDITIONS,” or “TERMS”) CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CHULA, AS DEFINED BELOW.


This Agreement governs your use of the Technology and Services (each as defined below) and is between you and Chula.

Chula,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Chula Services Inc, registered in NY.

Chula uses its online marketplace platform to connect you and other consumers to exchange value with each other. Chula is not a merchant, retailer, restaurant, grocer, delivery service, or food preparation business.

For Cooks:

1. Honesty and Transparency: I agree to provide a truthful and detailed description of the food. I understand that any deviation from this commitment makes me fully liable for any and all resulting damages.

2. Food Safety and Hygiene: I will maintain a clean cooking environment and use food service gloves, hairnets, and masks during the preparation and packaging of food.

3. Ingredient Sourcing Disclosure: I consent to disclose information upon request from users or public authorities regarding the sources of all ingredients used in the food provided. I will keep records to substantiate this information.

4. Community Trust and Accountability: I understand and agree that any actions on my part that could compromise user trust in the Chula community will result in the suspension of my account.

5. Non-Discrimination Policy: I acknowledge that Chula's mission is to foster community. Discrimination or differential treatment of Givers based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, citizenship status, genetic information, marital/familial status, sexual orientation (including perceived orientation), gender identity, or any other identifying characteristic will not be tolerated. Violations will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

6. Compliance with Local Health Regulations: I will adhere to all local health department requirements and policies when operating a home kitchen. This ensures food safety and compliance with health regulations, protecting both myself and the consumers.

7. Liability Insurance: I will maintain liability insurance under my business registration to cover any potential risks associated with my cooking and food distribution activities.

For Consumers:

1. Platform Use and Decision Making: I acknowledge that Chula is a platform that connects users, and I am solely responsible for deciding whether to consume the food received from a cook on Chula.

2. Reporting Inappropriate Causes: If I believe a cause is not valid, legitimate, or aligned with Chula’s values of supporting the community, I have the right to report the receiver to Chula.

3. Non-Discrimination in Reviews: Chula aims to build up communities. Reviews of Receivers that focus on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, citizenship status, genetic information, marital/familial status, sexual orientation (including perceived orientation), gender identity, or any other identifying characteristic, rather than the Receiver's service, will not be tolerated. Such reviews will be deleted and may lead to account suspension.
